Expert Testimony in Mexican Law
for U.S. Litigators

Over a period of seventeen years, Mr. Pinto-Leon has testified on Mexican law and the Mexican legal system in more than forty state and federal cases around the United States. His expert testimony assists U.S. litigators in cases where Mexican law is relevant, providing competent expert services and enhancing the standards of expertise and ethical conduct in U.S. legal proceedings.

He is an adjunct professor for the Introduction to the Law of Mexico course at the University of Houston Law Center (UHLC) and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the American Bar Association (ABA). Additionally, he is a co-founder of the American Academy of Mexican Law Experts® (AAMLE), the first U.S.-based hub of knowledge and expertise in the field.
